Hi, I'm Bryce

I’ve been in sales and marketing since 1999. I earned my degree in marketing early on, but education only takes you so far.

I grew up in New Jersey and moved to Florida at 23 with $50 in my pocket and a job busing tables at the Hard Rock Café. The real lesson came later at Charlie’s Steakhouse, a high-end restaurant where presentation mattered.

There was one server I’ll never forget — George. While the average server would walk up and ask, “What can I get you to drink? Can I get you an appetizer?” George smiled and said, “I have some wonderful appetizer specials for you tonight…” Then he described the fried shrimp like this: butterflied, dipped in egg wash, covered in crushed cracker crumbs, and deep fried until golden brown and crispy, served with a tangy cocktail sauce on the side.

He didn’t sell food. He sold experience.

That’s when it clicked: positioning changes perception. Perception changes value. And value changes price sensitivity.

From there, I built my career in professional sales and marketing, including 11 years with BellSouth Advertising & Publishing, where I received world-class training and worked with real consumer data. Over the next two decades, I met with hundreds of contractors and home improvement companies, seeing firsthand what separates the top performers from the rest.

I’ve also been in the field myself, selling custom closets and home organization systems for The Closet Factory — confirming appointments, getting stood up, handling objections, and asking for the close. I know what “We’re getting a few more quotes” sounds like. And I know what it takes to win.

When marketing shifted from print to digital, I modernized the fundamentals. For the past eight years, I’ve focused almost exclusively on social media marketing for contractors, personally spending over $10,000,000 on ads that generate real leads and real revenue.

Most digital marketers know how to push buttons. They don’t understand consumer psychology or what happens at the kitchen table when a homeowner decides who to trust.

That’s the difference.

After 20+ years, I’ve seen the same pattern over and over: the best contractor doesn’t automatically win — the most visible and most trusted one does.

That’s why I built The Social Contractor — the exact framework I use today to build visibility, authority, and predictable lead flow.

If you’re serious about growth, I’m here to help.

Let’s build your visibility — and turn it into revenue.
